Not a surprise trip

When we took the stepkids in 05 we got up super early and told them we were going to DW on the way to the airport. In 07, we got about an hour from home and they figured it out. They already know about our next trip. They are helping to pick resort, restaurants, etc. I feel like because we have already been there twice (both times with the thought that it might be our last time) there is nothing left to surprise them with. We have already eaten in the castle, 'drove' the monorail, collected pressed pennies. We are doing the barbershop this time but I need more ideas of things to make this trip extra special.

I just did an amazing race with my daughter - the link is in my signature - it was very fun. How about horseback riding or parasailing. Kenedy space center, pirate cruise? Just throwing things out there.
