I'm thinking about booking the 7 night Bahamas that leaves from NY. It leaves on 12/21. Has anyone cruised over Christmas? Will it be as crowded as Disney world at that time. There another one that leaves on 12 /28. I'm thinking that one might be more crowded. I would also love some opinions of this ship. Thanks

We did a 2 night on the breakaway . For 1 nights The ship has lots to offer- I loved rock of ages, second city and my dd loved the water slides and kids club and mini golf. As for restaurants, we did cucina (yum), the Asian counter restaurant off the casino for lunch (great) and cirque du soleil. The show was fun but the food not as good as other food on the ship.

I'd love to hear from people who have been on the Breakaway and also on Royal Caribbean ships. I'm trying to decide between a 7-night Bermuda on the Breakaway or 5-night Bermuda on Liberty of the Seas. Prefer the 7-night itinerary, but the Liberty of the Seas gets SUCH good reviews, and Breakaway's seem to be hit-or-miss.
