Norway Princess Breakfast

My DH and I were talking this morning and we ended up talking about the Princess Breakfast in Norway because my DD6 wants to see Mulan. We were wondering is it as hard as getting Cindy's for breakfast or is it easier. If it is easier how much easier? Thanks for any insight.

You can make a PS for the princess breakfast 120 days ahead of time. I don't know if I just got lucky, but I had no problem getting a PS for July when I called recently. Good luck!

I forgot to call on the 120 day mark, I think I called a day or two later. I did not get my first choice of time, but I had no problem getting a decent seating. I was also calling for a party of 8 which may have made it a little more difficult. I would still call asap since I think this breakfast is becoming much more popular.

I think you'll find it easier to get a PS than at the castle -- among other things, I THINK the dining area may seat more people.

We found the character interaction excellent. The food was so-so. But it was plentiful, and so was the attention from those princesses. They all stopped by each table, chatted, posed for pictures. All at a civilized and unhurried pace.

I was just about to post the same question TandyR.
I hit my 120 day mark in 2 weeks, so I needed to know if I should have both my home and cell phones ready to dial for the Norway breakfast.
Looks like I dont have to worry as much as with Cindy's!

Just wanted to tell JBurke that when I call I it was right at the 120 days mark (only used one phone)

I was on hold for a few minutes but was given a 8:30 PS. It was very easy to get into.

We just called 2 days ago for the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and snagged their last PS for that day. So appears you can snag this one on late notice. I really have been on the fence about the princess breakfasts as they are so expensive, but figured we would give it a shot, especially as there is a 4.5 year-old princess nut among us! Now have to research and learn about it!

We too are going to try the PSB. Booked 120 days out and got our requested time. Just had to respond because I noticed we are doing the same split next week that you are doing in May--CSR/AKL. Also noticed we are neighbors, although Rochcester did win the snowfall trophy this year!

Mulan was not at our PSB breakfast at Norway... it was Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Jasmine, Mary Poppins and Snow White..

I hear she does show up occasionally but it's not 100%

They only place I saw her was in the parade at MGM

Yeah...we know she isn't 100% and we have told DD6 that that is the case and she is ok with it and she still wants to go just in case Mulan is there. It is really hard to find Mulan and it is just like my DD6 to want to see one of the Princess who are hard to find.

When we went in March, My dad called near the 60 or 50 day mark and got right in for 9am on a sunday! Maybe we were just lucky..When we were there it was Belle, Snow White, Merry Poppins, Mulan, Jasmine, and Sleeping Beauty! We loved it!

How does the Norway breakfast work? If the World Showcase isn't open until 11 -- do they escort you back after breakfast? What is the protocol?

I got a ressie today for June 3rd. Thought it was 60 days out. Duh!

I called about 65 days out when it occurred to me that I should have a backup in case Cindy's table was impossible. I had no prob getting the ressie I wanted. I then decided I'd rather go a couple of days earlier, called back, and again, had no problems getting a great time. BTW, I got my Cindy's ressies on the first day I called! I'd be starting to believe this PS stuff is all hype if I hadn't been shut out 4 days in a row last summer.

I just got my PSB PS for four on Aug 3 (120 days from now) by calling at ~8:30 am. I am so relieved! Now I just have to call my mom to make sure that she can saw a yellow Belle dress by then.

Does anyone know what is served at the buffet?
TandyR- maybe yuo could ask when you make the ressie if they know if Mulan will be there or not. Sometimes mentioning that she is your daughters favorite will cause it to happen? After all-They like to make magic happen!

It is not a bufffet - the breakfast is served family style...

When we arrived on the table were sweet rolls, muffins and fresh fruit...

After we received our coffee and juice came the hot platter which was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast sticks and a great cheesy-oniony potato dish..

There was plenty of food - but you could ask for more if you liked..
