Norway Magic 6/6/2015

Hi everyone! We're late to join this meet even though we booked on opening day. This will be the first leg of our b2b. We just secured air tickets and are in the midst of researching port excursions now. It will be me, DH and DD7 on this cruise! Hope to join in the conversations (:

Welcome to the group :cheer2::cheer2:

Has anyone heard when we may start seeing port adventures for our cruise? I have heard plenty of news about the Frozen theme events on the Magic in Europe (no dates, so don't know if this will be on our cruise, though I certainly hope so!), and a glimmer of one Frozen themed excursion in Alesund, but nothing is up on the website. Less than a month until booking windows begin to open... Disney must like keeping us all on edge and in suspense.

My husband is a HUGE Frozen fan, so he's even more on edge and excited than I am about all the Frozen hype.

No one knows when they will be announced. But Platinum can book excursions beginning of Feb so hopefully soon.

I've spoken with DCL a few times and the port adventures, according to them, will open up when your booking window opens and you're paid in full. Feb. 6th is the first date port adventures should be listed. We are Platinum and plan on booking or at least looking then.

Hopefully I can update once they are listed.

That is crazy, but I remember the Southern Caribbean cruises last fall were very very last minute with their port excursions. I didn't book any through Disney for the EBTA and might not again for this cruise. I'm gold and there is only one excursion I want, but I have a feeling it will be sold out with Platinum.

That is ridiculous...I hope that they do not just post them at midnight on the 6th...DCL obviously knows what excursions they will have especially since they have already posted the little teaser about the Anna/Elsa Alesund excursion.

We are platinum too. I hope they will post before 2/6 so we have time to plan and research first.

Hi Guys! We are just joining the thread, even though we booked this cruise on the first day it was offered. This will be our 6th Disney cruise but our first without our kids... who are no longer kids anymore. We are looking forward to chatting with you prior to the cruise and meeting you onboard!

Anna and Elsa Frozen port adventure in Alesund is up on the Port Adventure site.

Ok, it is official. We are going. We almost changed to a different cruise because my partner wanted to do the transatlantic.
My boys (8,5 and 1) are very excited. (Two of them anyway as the little one doesn't have a clue).
Now I got to see how many messages I have posted.

We have picked out our excursions and saved them to our favourites list for easy booking next week. We were pleased to see such a wide variety of activities. It was difficult to choose. I hope they will all be available for our sailing. So exciting!

Hello, sorry we are late joining this group...my partner and I will be traveling from Denver for this trip with a stopover at Disneyland Paris before the cruise. We're very excited, as this will be our first trip to Europe, and first international Disney Park!! pirate: :hmghost:

Does anyone have any suggestions for hotels close to the pier in Copenhagen??

Thanks!! We look forward to meeting everyone

Platinum cruisers: Can you tell me if Palo brunch is being offered on this cruise? Thanks!
