I saw a photo of this in a dining TR & I wondered if anyone knows what it is & if it is any good?

A Veiled Maiden is usually a baked dessert made of fruit and pastry custard or whipped cream. If you are familiar, it would most in the betty, crisp or crumble family. The one in Norway is made with apples, cinnamon and cream.
