Norton Anti Virus

How can I get Nortion Anti Virus off of my computer? It came with it and I already have a security system in place. I'm finding it very annoying.

Goto "Start" and then "Control Panel." Then look for "Add/Remove Programs," and click on that. Then scrolll down until you see Norton Anti Virus, highlight and then click on "Remove," could be "Add/Remove," I forget which.
