Northern Christmas Reunion - now booking

Northern Reunion 2002 - Gateshead Holiday Inn Express Nov 22 -24th

Back by popular demand is the Northern Christmas Shindig - same place and same weekend as last year. The main event will be in a function room at HIE Gateshead Saturday 23rd from 6pm but many of us will be congregatin in and around the bar from Friday night !
The function room's safety capacity is 35 (we had 31 last year) but we'll spill-out into the bar if need be - it's a tough life but someone's got to do it.
Rooms were fully booked last year that weekend so those plannin to stay over one or two nights will be better booked asap. Astrid is our Accomodation Executive and is curently negotiatin a group rate according to the number of rooms we book.
Please e mail Astrid on ICCT335@aol.com if you would like to provisionally book a room (stating adults/children in yer party and number of nights required), she'll mail you back with confirmation details/procedures. Astrid will be makin our group bookin on Saturday afternoon. Rooms required after that may have to be booked individually, though Astrid will try to secure a group discount for later bookings as well.Further details will be posted here then.

Don't worry if this is too short notice for you to make a decision at this time, we're simply tryin to secure rooms before the hotel books out. Everyone is more than welcome on the day etc, though please keep us informed here if you intend to join us as the Hotel safety requirement is that we inform them of our likely numbers in advance.

Ooh, SD - I'm THAT tempted and, we'll only have been back from our trip to Florida 3 weeks . . . so we might even get more than 51/100 at the Great Disney Quiz.

Annie, that's such canny crack ah fell off me cracket, ran passed the cuddy tied to the cree next door and jumped on me Nana's gallower and set off down the gunnel to tell our lass.
She was quite pleased with the news!
