Starting to get myself organized! My mentality-what is nice enough for the cruise, but what would I not be devestated loosing should the airline loose my bag??? Under Armor goes in the carry on, I'd definitely be pissed and cold if that got lost, as does the make up.

If so can you post the link or send it to us on the May 10th thread? (I was on the 2nd Med cruise last summer and there were quite a few people on the 1st who did a live TR or blog, so I thought I'd ask).

What about laying all the clothes out and sorting them and eliminating most and packing what's left. Don't you go through that process?

What about the "Don't Forget To Do" list....that keeps getting longer not shorter?

I'll be gone for three weeks total. And I have hot and cold clothes to pack.

I could NEVER do it the night before.

Same here - except the "eliminating most" phase - I only eliminate when I cannot fit everything in bags allotted. This time, we added an allotted bag We did make it on the Baltic cruise (a total of a month long trip) in 2 large duffles, don't know how I did it now!

I am new to all of this. My mom will be working this cruise for DVC and asked me to join her at the last minute. You guys have all been planning for so long. I feel like I am playing catch-up! I stumbled on this board after googling to start my obsessive planning.

Anyway, I will be traveling with mom and enjoying some solo time away from dh and the kiddos. I am so excited! Alaska has always been my DREAM vacation.

I don't have my room number yet as it takes a while to get all that with a cast booking I guess.

Thank you all soooo much for all of the information. I still feel completely overwhelmed at this point. Any additional tips I should know would be appreciated.
