Normal AAA Rates?

What are the normal AAA rates? Isn't the Values something like $65 before tax in value season? What about Mods?

During value season the value and moderate resports are 20% off and the Deluxe are 15%. Just add 12.5% for tax and you will know you real room price.

Mods during value season are $119.20 before taxes. (and the added $15,- per night for a 3rd adult in the same room)
