NordicTrack treadmill help?

I have a pretty old treadmill that I need to replace. It's a NordicTrack EXP 1000i, I would like another NordicTrack, any suggestions? I don't need the super duper model but would enjoy an upgrade. I was looking at the NordicTrack Commercial ZS, it looks pretty good so far. When I bought my present treadmill I don't remember having to put it together and now the website says assembly required Is it hard to put together?

We have a C220 (I think) and we had to do some assembly. It definitely takes two people, but it's do-able. DH and I had it set up within a couple of hours.

The commercial sells at Costco for about 900$ and has been chosen on Treadmilldoctor.com (one of the few impartial / independent / trustworthy treadmill review sites) as a best buy in the 700$ to 1000$ range. Have a look on treadmilldoctors reviews via Google.

I think it is a great value-buy for an intermediate or beginning runner that does not want to break the bank on purchase or maintenance / repair.
