I love Chefs too! I am excited about Raglan Rd and Kona. I wanted Kona Breakfast, but also wanted Crystal Palace. I was even thinking of doing Kona Breakfast before the EPCOT day. (Take the bus to MK, Resort Monorail to Poly, resort monorail to TTC, then TTC to EPCOT. Any ideas?!)

You're welcome. I have to agree. Poly is amazing. 4 years ago (ghasp! Time flies), My friend Megan was teaching second grade and she was doing the Flat Stanley Project and the kids had to choose a state that a relative lived in. Well, her student, Kasey, wanted to send it to Hawaii, and well...we lied and said that I was visiting my cousins in Hawaii during Feb break. We took a bunch of pictures around the resort...he was totally satisifyed! shh...don't tell him hee hee I will have to find those pics and post them..
