Nook/refurbished on Overstock $86

I ordered on 11/25 like many others, and I see on my Overstock order that the Nook shows as SHIPPED today complete with a UPS tracking number. Woohoo!!!

Mine was ordered 11-25 and status was updated this afternoon to shipped! Took a long time and I was worried but happy now that it is on the way. Had ordered one from ebay for $79 that was one step down. Now I get one and my son gets one! Hope the rest of your orders get shipped soon.

i purchased the replacement /2 yr warranty and that shipped yesterday- lol.....My Nook says shipment pending stilll....urghhhhh

I've got the same thing on my order. Wonder if I can use the shipped warranty to replace the Nook that hasn't shipped

FYI - I ordered early on 11/25 from Overstock and my Nook shipped on 11/26 via UPS with tracking number. Just the billing information was sent over however. It actually departed from the warehouse on 11/27.

The filler item shipped on 11/27 via postal service.

The Nook should arrive on 12/7

and no, i did not get an email saying it was shipped- i went to Overstock directly to check my order...

WHOO hooo and to top it off, i got my FREE light for it today( did you all see the post from a few days ago there was a code for free light-)

ETA: ugh. still listed as processing, over 2 hours later. watch, i'll be the only one who's order is canceled. and i've already sent an e-mail asking to cancel my 2nd order with buy.com.

Received Nook today by UPS. Filler item also arrived today.

Nook looks brand new. Very happy with it so far. I'm hoping everyone else receives theirs.

So I got an e-mail from B&N today informing me that my Nook had shipped - tracking number included and everything.

Here's the interesting part. They refunded my money when they cancelled the order - the order still shows as cancelled on my B&N account (actually it's disappeared entirely) and they haven't charged my CC or deducted the money from the GC.

ETA - I just checked the tracking information - it's out for delivery.

My Nook arrived today - yay!!! Has the "certified pre-owned" tag on the box but I don't think my DS 14 will care. I thought it odd that it arrived in a Barnes & Noble box tho.......

my nook from overstock.com is scheduled for delivery by UPS tomorrow billing information has been received by UPS for the buy.com nook, but no delivery date yet. i sent an e-mail to B&N asking that the buy.com nook be canceled, but i guess they didn't get it in time. i haven't received a response to the e-mail.

I got an email from overstock that mine shipped Wednesday 12/1 and I received it Thursday 12/2 around noon! It seems as if it was shipped from B&N. Maybe that's why it took so long to update and ship on overstock?

I had ordered one of the first ones with wifi only and then the next day ordered the one with 3g. i just got confirmation yesterday that the one with 3g shipped. Then last night I got an e-mail saying sorry my one with wifi hadn't shipped yet, but should in the next 3-4 days. Yipee.
Well, this morning I have an e-mail that says it is in reply to an e-mail I sent them-uh, I haven't sent them any- and it says they are sorry that there aren't any Nooks with wifi available, so they are sending me one with 3G at no extra charge and it will arrive 2nd day air. Whoo-hoo!
Now I wait to see if they arrive!

wheee! the overstock.com nook arrived today! this one is for DD, and of course, mom has already opened it, updated the firmware and is charging it for her now! can't wait until the buy.com one gets here too! i LOOOOOOOVE electronic gadgets, y'all just don't know how much, lol.

3boymthr - that is SO weird about yours not being charged! i'm sure mine was, i couldn't be that lucky, lol.

I ordered mine on the 26th and it arrived today! One question - how do I know they sent me the 3G one? The box doesn't say one way or the other. Does the 3G look different than the one that is just wi-fi?
