seen it open during the summer - for dinner only though. It's seasonal so usually open for high demand times.

It is rarely open, they have been doing a dessert party at night during the fireworks show.....

In my five years in a row that we have been to MK in July/August, I have never seen it open.

It was open some evenings when we were there July 22-27. I had a beef and rice bowl that was very good. But at lunch it was a different CS spot wiht burgers and such!! Very confusing.

It comes and goes like the wind. You have to personally check it out to know.

During the addition of the buffet for free dining capacity in that area -- I'd guess it will be open even less.

What is considered "seasonally"? I keep seeing this description and assumed that meant summer but maybe not. Has anyone seen it open in December?

Seasonally is Disney speak for "when they feel like it". That goes for attractions (Sounds Dangerous) as well as restaurants. I have only seen the Noodle Station open during Christmas week in many, many trips over the past 5-6 years.

As stated above, it is open as a TS buffet during free dining.
