NONE of my ADRs are showing up!

they're all gone and when i hit "update reservations", sometimes it takes away my resort reservation, too. they were all there a few hours ago. what's going on with the reservation system??

It's all messed up. The same thing happened to me a few days ago. I used my confirmation numbers and retrieved the missing reservations one by one. Mine all showed back up. Now, nothing is showing again and it's saying they are having problems with the website.

I'm missing my Christmas day reservation online, for Cape may dinner. All my other ones show up, but NOT that one...???? I called yesterday and the CM on the other end took me through some things. None of them worked. She says my Christmas day ressie is good, but for some reason I feel better if I could actually see it...

So, I'm going through the same thing...Something, somewhere is screwed up...

I have never ever had it work "right" for me.

My always works very funky. It seems like when I go to the page it remembers me, it says in the top right how many days til my trip and on the top left side says : Upcoming Reservations, 1 package, 5 dinings.

But then, when I go to log it, it AALLLLLLL dissapears and I have to retrieve everything with my package RSVP # every single time I log in.

Thankfully, they send you via email when you make the ADR, all the info, which you can print out each page if you don't want to copy the ADR #'s

hope it lasts! i enjoy sending dbf messages about how i cant wait to have b/l/d at [restaurant] instead of eating whatever i'm eating lol

Disney's reservation website doesn't seem to be having the best of days lately. I was not able to see any of my ADRs for over a week. I always tried the "update reservations" button and also input each confirmation number and still nothing would show. However, today I was able to see all my ADRs on the website. It felt like a miracle! I printed them out because I am trying to get things organized and together for our trip and don't plan on modifying anything at this point. I wonder how long it will be before the site crashes again
