It appears on kayak that Southwest is now the only airline to fly non-stop from BWI to Orlando. Is that really true?
What am I missing?

Yes...Air Trans no longer does direct flights from BWI to MCO any more..So it's S.W. for direct flights and they have raised there prices too... Use to be I could get a flight for around $200 now its over $300.

Please note that a direct flight is not a non-stop flight. Direct flights do have stops.

OP, you can get non-stop flights IAD-MCO.

That is what I have found. The SW prices jumped to over $500pp RT for my flights over the last couple of weeks. I started searching other options and SW was the only direct I could find from BWI. I found some direct from Philly and Dulles and Reagan but I even those were few and far between. And I really didn't want to drive to DC. Luckily I check the SW website like a crazy person and found flights that we less than $300pp RT. Still more than I wanted to pay but less than I budgeted. Now I am just hoping they go on sale again so I can get a little bit of a credit.

We've been pretty lucky and managed to score RT for around 250 from BWI to MCO.

It also depends on when your going as well.

October 12th to the 17th and again December 6th to 13th.

We went last year around that time, but did saturday/saturday as it's always been cheaper for saturday flights vs sunday it seems.

We paid $261 roundtrip for November14-22. I wanted the price to be under $300 so I am happy.
