Non planner needs advice ASAP!

I just realized tomorrow is our ADR day for our December trip. It will be 10 years since our last Holiday trip. We do not normally make a lot of ADRs but this trip will be different. More exploring and taking in the holidays is our plan.

Please give me some advice on best places for dining to help immerse us in the Holidays!

CRT is a must do for my family. Long story with the tradition but we go every trip.

We will definitely want to visit the GF and WL. Of course we will do the Candlelight Processional and while I have a few more weeks for that decision, what dinner should we do? Last time we Le Cellier and it was just OK.

We love to do Whispering Canyon at WL for lunch. The skillets are good and a great value. You can asked to sit near the lobby. I also LOVE the tea at GF, not sure what your crowd is in to. Have fun!

Oh yes! DD and I love the tea at the GF. That will be a must do! Actually I think we did Whispering Canyon in 2008 so we may have to try that again. I’m not sure of the food offerings at WL I just remember the beautiful tree and decor!

Last December I did a resort tour to see all the decorations. I dressed up & chose Cape May seafood buffet at BC. At the end of the tour, BC was my hands down fav decorations also. I went to GF, BC/YC, BWI, and WL. Just choose a place to eat somewhere along your tour.

Last year I did Biergarten for my Candelight dinner and it really enjoyed it. The band show is always fun and there were extra decorations for the holidays, so it really helped to set the mood.

I've done the garden grill and Rose and crown for the candlelight processional package in the past. Both were good and will probably do garden grill again this year. I haven't been to many of the resorts at Christmas season. We are taking a Christmas trip this year and we are eating at storybook dining at WL, ohana at poly, Sanaa at AKL and Cali grill at contemporary.
