Does anyone know whether there are non pet rooms on the 7th floor. I booked club (hoping for a deluxe since there are 5 of us) and didn't think to ask about a non pet room. DD has allergies so it's better for her to be in a non pet room if possible. Are any of the deluxe club rooms non pet?

I don't think the 7th floor is a "pet floor". I think people with pets stay on one of the lower levels with easier access to the outdoors.

Its been my experience that although they do have a floor that usually is designated for pets, they can be found just about anywhere including club level.

My son suffers from Asthma and cat allergies and a call to confirm this fact to the front desk has always resulted in a room that he has never had a problem in. You can also request a room purifier/ionizer.

Thank you. DD has cat allergies and allergy induced asthma so I didn't want to take any chances. When I called HRH they said the 7th floor was a non-pet floor but when we check in I'm going to double check.

I have seen 2 dogs on club level at HRH. They were not in the lounge but staying on that floor. They will tell you it is a pet free floor and most times I'm sure it is. The great part is if you have the notation in your reservation they go the extra mile to make sure they prepare your room prior to check in to avoid a problem. They will go as far as removing any feather pillows/comforters and replacing the comforter that we all know doesnt usually get replaced often enough. They have even cleaned the carpets just before we arrived. Very impressed with the standard of care they exhibit when dealing with allergies and asthma.

On a side note...my son had an attack (due to a virus) while we were staying at PBH and they couldnt do enough for us. We had to make arrangements and we ended up at Celebration Hospital (they were great). They even drove me to pick up medication for him. Take your nebulizer, it can be a lifesaver if needed!

Hoping you get that deluxe on club level! :goodvibes
