Let's say I want to visit two parks in one day. I can use two days worth of passes on my tickets yes? If that is the case can I get FPs for two different parks on the same day if I am using two days worth of passes? Guessing no, but hoping yes.

No. You have 2-day tickets without park hopper, not single-day tickets with. You cannot hop, period.

Welcome to the most oft-asked ticket question here. ;)

WDW park tickets are broken down into "Days." There is only one park visit allowed per day without Park Hopper. You can't use two days from your multi-day ticket in one day. If you want to Park Hop, you have to purchase that option. The Park Hopping option covers your entire multi-day ticket for one set price. Disney is working on adding a FP+ feature for Park Hopper users who visit multiple parks on the same day, but it's not officially offered yet.
