Non-Member Check In

I have a reservation for some friends at the end of this week. (How sad is it I can't use my first points - they would have expired - giving them away is a great feeling too) What do they need to check in? Membership Number? Thanks.

Their name, ID, and credit card for room charges.

DS and family are checking in on Sunday and besides his photo ID and CC I told him to keep my cell phone number handy because if there was any problems, I would call MS for them. Not that I anticipate any problems, but we can't be there, we'll be visiting other DS in Pittsburgh, and I suppose I just want to get the latest report direct from the BCV from them.

It does not hurt to have a copy of the actual reservation conformation just in case there is some “confusion”, but it is by no means necessary.

Sounds great..I am renting someone points in Oct and I was wondering what exactly I would need..

Anyone ever have any problem checking in? Makes me a little nervouse since I don't "own" the resservation yet but I am hoping all goes well!
