We only have had Ipods, but am buying an MP3 as a gift for Christmas. My questions are:
Can Itunes still be used. She listens to a lot of podcasts just sitting at her computer. I think it would be nice to be able for her to listen on the go too, so I want to be sure they can be put on an MP3.
How would they download if you can't use Itunes?
If some MP3 owners can briefly explain, then I will know if it's doable. She knows her way around a computer, but does not like to be bothered/aggravated with pain in the butt steps, especially when it's supposed to be to entertain her. Nice and easy is the way for her. Also, if you could recommend an MP3 that would be great too.
Thanks all.

I do, however, love any product by Sandisk. I have owned several Sandisk mp3 players over the years -- currently have a Sansa clip. They are great! Very easy to use - just drop and drag music files to the mp3 player (the same way you would transfer files to a CD or flash drive). You can also use Windows Media Player to sync playlists.
