Non expiring tickets how many days left

I bought 8 day non expiring tickets long ago. I thought that we had used up all the days but the my disney experience let me make fastpass reservations for our 1 day in August. Am I to assume that we have a day left on the tickets then????

Yes. That’s the easiest way to determine the # of valid entitlements.

Want to add a word of caution - at one point we were able to make FP reservations when we had non-expiring tickets in our accounts with no days but some "plus" entitlements left. Not sure if that bug has been fixed yet or if that applies to your tickets, but just wanted to mention it.

This is my concern since we have plus options left. They were 8 day non expiring park hopper plus tickets. I am almost positive that 3 of the tickets were used up. Is my best option to call disney and ask. Thanks.

It may be better to snap photos of your tickets and email them to Ticketing. The address is in @Robo ‘s Ticket Sticky at the top of this forum.

They’ll be able to give you the exact info. Meanwhile, keep the booked FPs as it does no harm to keep them.

FWIW - since we're on a blackout of our other account tickets now, I just tried making FP on the two accounts with the plus tickets and it would not let me. That is definitely different than last year.

But yes - follow the instructions in the sticky to get an official answer!

Your app should show how many days you have left as long as you put the ticket numbers in and registered the tickets on the app. We had very old non expire tickets and finally used the last day last March. The app showed exactly the days on the ticket and then showed when there were 0 days.

That has been proven to be unreliable regarding some tickets that hold various "kinds" of assets.
