Ugh, how do I check on MyDisneyExperience to see how many days are left on my non-expiring ticket. The site just tells me there I have a ticket linked.

Sorry.
It has been the recent case that the MDE site does not offer the number of "days left" on an
older NE ticket.

The procedure to find out that info is to send an email...

If you have not already done so, please send a copy of the front and back of your tickets, as well as a copy of your Government issued I.D.
to Ticket.Usage@DisneyWorld.com.

If your tickets are linked in MDX call the MDX help desk. They will be able to tell you remaining days. 4079397765 , extension 3.

My DH and I have old park hoppers (from pre-kids so at least 10 years old) that have some "options" left for water parks, Disney Quest. Is there a phone number we can call to check what is left or do we have to email pictures of the tickets and our ID?

Let's call it "the latest" procedure in a long line of ever-changing "how do we find out how many days left" procedures.

I know at one time they wouldn't even tell you over the phone. I think they said that was to prevent illegal ticket resellers from confirming the number of days left
