non-expiring park passes

OK friends, here's a question. I bought 10 day non expiring hopper passes with 6 extra visits to use at disney quest or a water park. If you use up all your 10 days in the parks, but did not use all the 6 extra water park or disney quest visits, can you still use the pass for those visits? or does it expire when you finish your ten days in the parks... hope this makes sense Would it not be great if owners got discounted park passes? you would think we would!
can't wait to go back in November... finally going to stay at Saratoga Springs
