Because of being sick during my trip I didnt use 2 days of my 7 day hopper pass. They say I have 14 days from last saturday to decide if I want to upgrade to non-expiration for $55.00. Should I do it? I was thinking, yes it is worth it. I think the CM said if I were to purchase a 2 day hopper non-expiration with tax it would cost like $150 + ????

Seems to me that it is worth it. Paying 55 for 2 days instead of 150 is always a bargin. Plus if you do not go back for a few years, the 150 for the 2 days pass may be 170 or more. Then the savings would be even greater.

I would... If you think you are returning then it may be worth the cost. Perhaps take the original price, add the $55 and divide by the total number of days. Then if you would be willing to pay that price per day or check the price of a 2 day pass and if it is cheaper do it.

FWIW I always put non expiry on my tickets - you never know if you need a down day or if someone in the party isn't feeling well. This way you don't loose the money you have already spent.

If it were me I would do a cost comparison and decide if I were returning to WDW soon enough to use the ticket.

This site on the main page as well as www.allears.net are great places to compare ticket prices.
