Non-Disney baby shower invite -- help please

Does anyone make invitations that I could send to Walgreens to print? I am hosting a baby shower for a cousin and would like something different and unique. I was just wondering if anyone did these. It is pink and green polka dots - the design is up to you! Please let me know if anyone can help me out and then I will send the info for the invites! Thanks so much

I found this one http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=34230839&postcount=3. Wendypooh has a few others in her 4shared folder that may work. I think jtanddolly also has some that could work.
