Non Dining Plan restaurants *list added*

OK as DVC'er we are not getting the free Dining plan for our Aug trip
well done to everyone thats lucky enough to have got it
i know that it is going to be hard finding a restaurant with the free dining going on

My question is
what are the restaurants that do not take the dining plan is there a list out there anywhere ?

Looking for places that will be easy to get into on the day
We like to go with the flow and eat when we are hungry , not great planners
usual get up in the morning and decide then which park to go too

This is what we've come up with so far
Bistro de Paris,
Victoria & Albert's,
Bongo's,
Fulton's
Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom and DTD
Portobello Yacht Club
The Dolphin & Swan Restaurants

Well, you can look at the list of DDP restaurants in the 2009 Dining Plan sticky, then go to the other ones
Or - Bistro de Paris, Victoria & Albert's, Bongo's, everything at the Dolphin & Swan, maybe a few others

I don't have a full list but another one not yet mentioned is the Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom and DTD.

Fulton's in Downtown Disney is NOT on the dining plan.

I just recalled that Portobello Yacht Club in DTD isn't on the plan either.
