Could someone recommend a good resort for a non character breakfast. DH and I would like a last fix of Disney on our last morning in February!!

Kona Cafe is a family favorite. We love the tonga toast. :jumping3: :jumping3: :jumping3:

Boma is suppose to be a great breakfast too. We are trying it next month.

Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL serves a great breakfast. You can get an all you can eat skillet breakfast that comes with eggs, waffles (delicious!), bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, etc. or you can order off the menu. It is a calmer meal than dinner, but it is still a lot of fun. Kona Cafe at the Polynesian is famous for it's Tonga Toast which is french toast stuffed with babanas. It is one of my mom's favorites. Enjoy your trip.

If you want a quiet, adult breakfast-my recommendation would be the GF Cafe.

My friend and I ate there twice in May-once with the whole family, 7 of us and once just the two of us.

It's on the courtyard side of the main building, garden/porch view;
the windows are huge-almost a glass wall.
The servers are wonderfully attentive and the french toast is to die for!

We like Kona alot. On our last trip we did GF Cafe for our last Breakfast it was very nice & quiet. We reflected on our trip it was a great way to end our trip.

The breakfest buffet at Fresh, located in the WDW Dolphin, is out of this world. They also have a brunch that it served on Sat and Sun mornings.

Boma is great. They have traditional breakfast fare as well as some more exotic things to try.

If you want something fun and "different," visit the Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge. The breakfast is great: a sizzling all-you-can-eat skillet of stuff (bacon, sausage, eggs, etc) served by some rowdy and irreverent waiters and waitresses.

More genteel is the Grand Floridian Cafe. The atmosphere is refined elegant; the food is excellent and plentiful. It's also pricey -- expect to spend around $15 or more for your basic eggs-and-home-fries-and-coffee. But it's a nice way to splurge on your last day :D

we had a breakfast at boatwright at POR....LOVED IT

we got the stuffed french toast smothered in strawberry sauce...it was great...though we could have split one order

Our favorite is the Fort Wilderness buffet breakfast at Trail's End. Very reasonable & lots of great food. ::yes::

Another vote for "FRESH". This is definitely our FAVORITE non-character breakfast in the world. (even lunch is outstanding!) You can get a little bit of both on the weekends;)

It is a buffet style restaurant but almost everything is made to order. I can just taste that french toast...mmmm!!!

We love the Grand Floridain Cafe. My Dh had the Japaneese Breakfast, a little bit pricey, but he love it. It was really neat and different. We have also eaten dinner there and it is really good and not that bad in price for dinner.

My favorite is Spoodles. They have a dish called The Italian that is out of this world plus the size of their coffee cups are great.

What and where is 'FRESH?' I thought I'd done every wonderful breakfast at Disney, and don't let me skip one!
