Non-alcoholic Christmas punch recipe?

I need a recipe for a non-alcoholic punch to serve at a Christmas 'do' in work. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking something like a mulled wine type punch would be nice, but don't know whether that would work without being both hot and alcoholic!

Anyway, I'll be grateful for any ideas

This is a super easy one, not very fancy, but everyone always likes it. I take cran-raspberry juice and mix it half and half with Sprite. At least it's red.

Hilary, you can take Steph's idea (which we've done and we've liked ) and get some raspberry sherbert to add in.

OR you can take a jello mold, place pieces of fruit in it and fill it with water. After freezing, it looks pretty cool floating around iun the punch bowl.

OR you can use mint green leaves and cherries in a decorative design in the ice jello mold. That would be festive.
