Noisy roommates?

Hi all,

It now looks like my best friend and I will be taking my aparents with us to WDW during the MNSHP. My friend and I will probably stay out in MK until the end at midnight but I doubt my parents will last that long. We are looking at getting only one room. I was wondering if giving them 70+ days notice that this will be happening would be enough or so you all think we would be too disturbing coming back to the same room that late? I am asking manner wise, I know my mother wakes up at every creak and dad sleeps like a rock, so I know that we'll wake her up no matter what. what do you all think?

One other thing, where can I find out if a certain night of MNSHP is sold out?

I would tell your parents the plan. If they still want to come they can decide what would be best for them. Another room or the same room.

Four years ago, my nineteen year old neice and I went to the E-ticket night at the Magic Kingdom. My in-laws did not go (they weren't going to last either). We didn't get back to the room until 2:00 AM. I would definitely tell your parents your plans. Here are some things we did to prepare -

Our night clothes were in the bathroom so all we had to do was go right in there and change. We only turned on the bathroom light. We barely talked to each other in the room after we returned. The in-laws never heard us at all and my mother-in-law is a light sleeper, especially when her family is out and about. They did reciprocate the next morning (when we were leaving) and let us be the last people to drag ourselves out of bed and just quickly get ready to go.

Just remind your parents not to put the deadbolt on the door before they retire!
