Don't ya just LOVE when the ticker drops the "year" off and it just becomes months until the cruise!

One year away! Yeah!!!!

Ginamarie... when are you going to WDW??? There is a Disbrunch with the Thieves at Olivias on May 3rd...

Too funny! I'll be there the same time as the thieves again!! We'll be there from April 26 until May 6. I won't be able to make it on the 3rd though since I'm already scheduled to do breakfast with the princesses at Akershus (Olivia's going to love that) and then lunch at Tutto Italia (DH and I will love that!)


The roughest seas we ever encountered were on an NCL Panama Canal cruise in 2005. We were sailing from Cartegena to the canal. The ship we were on was less than half the size of the Magic, and it was rocking and rolling all over the place. There were seasickness bags dispersed all over the ship, glasses and plates kept falling over in the dining room (much to the dismay of the crew) and the entire ship became covered in a layer of sea salt. I didn't get sick though- I loved every minute of it!

ONE YEAR TODAY!!!! I cannot wait!!

I haven't posted much but I would like to get to know my fellow cruisers!!
My name is Gina, my dh is Alec and my kidlets are Jacob (11 at cruise time) and Jenna (8 at cruise time). We booked this cruise while on our first cruise back in Oct. One cruise and we were hooked. We love Disney everything!!! We live in Canada, just east of Toronto. I see there are a few other Canadians on board, (Hi Alex and Michelle!!), we met on the Oct. cruise, looking forward to seeing you all again.
So just thinking that one year from right now, we will be in our Stateroom, getting ready for the drill and the sailaway party!!!

How are things down by the lake? We too are very excited about hitting the one year mark. It seems like yesterday we were on the Magic booking this trip. I'm sure the year will go by quickly, plus we have 2 DVC trips planned (gonna see if we can get into BLT in DEC for a few days). Were hoping the CDN dollar is gonna recover over the coming months, especially by Dec. when this trip is due.

We are doing great. We are busy with renos, we are putting an addition on our house, lets just say I will be happy when it is over.

We are thinking about a BLT stay in Dec. as well. Wouldn't that be funny to see you all there??!!

We are planning the 2nd week of Dec hoping to do a dual stay of BLT and AKV. We bought WDW annual passes this year, so we want to get as many days in as possible. Just hoping to get in at the 7 month mark, so far I've read people are not having a problem. We'll keep ya updated...

I haven't really been around - too busy and it almost seems too soon to get too excited and chatty about the whole cruise, but still count me in for anything going on - but I can't go back through all the pages to catch up - I will probably be on more and more as the cruise gets closer - maybe in the late fall!

It sounds low to me. Their calculation works out to $12 per person, per day, and I seem to think the tip amount was higher than that on our last cruise.

We are thinking around that time too, can't wait to stay at BLT, I love AKV too. Thanks for the "Good luck", hopefully we aren't ones that end up on Holmes on Homes lol, however, I wouldn't mind his handiwork on my house!!!
