Stace, I work in an office with all females as well but the sad thing is that I am almost the youngest. It's all the older females that are embroiled in the drama. I feel like I am in high school on a regular basis.

How is everyone else this fine morning?!

I'm cold this morning!! How is it that it is July and I have the A/C turned off and only a couple of windows open and I am still wearing a hoodie?! This is not global warming! It's supposed to warm up this weekend so hopefully it will be nice in Indiana!

I totally get the highschool thing at my job too! It's so sad! I just want to look at these girls and scream "this is your job!! Grow up!!! We sell soap, it's not a soap opera!!" I mean, I like them all but At least we have each other to vent to!

So I officially started my diet last week and as of this morning I have lost 2lbs...its not a lot but its a start!!! I am hoping by the time school starts to have lost 10lbs and to have lost 15lb by my birthday!!

Jen that's awesome!! 2lbs is a healthy start and it's more likely that you'll keep it off! I'm struggling here....because I'm such a picky eater it's hard for me to diet effectively but I switched to weight smart daily vitamins and I haven't had a regular coke in 3 days! I've switched to coke zero which isn't too bad! I'm hoping these little changes will help somewhat!

Speaking of, have any of you Americans tried the cherry coke zero? I want to try it when I head down on Friday but is it any good?

Hey gang....been outside all day because it is actually NICE today....still had my jeans on, but at least we are progressing somewhere near warm......

I had a blast tye-dying a bunch of shirts I needed to make for our church's festival this weekend....they turned out so cute, that I am actually thinking about trying to do one of those Mickey head tye-dyed shirts for Tom, Megs, and I for our trip....anyone know how to make those?!?!?!?!? Would love some input!

What's up with all the tornados lately?! We had one back home in Baltimore when I was in Newport News and another one in Newport News when I was in Baltimore! Stay safe LL!

I've been busy at work this week. I was gone almost all day monday for my appointment and then I have been catching up. UGH. I hate getting behind.

So gnomies, I have permed hair. I think it looks good but I think the true test is seeing yourself in photographs and I haven't gotten that far yet.

The tornado went buh-bye but it was very close to wear my work was. Really freaks me out let tell you!

I'm not sure. There was a house within ~5 miles that burned down so since the winds were so strong maybe that's what it was? Very scary story. Divorce drama- ex husband took his ex wife hostage- held her for ~12 hours and standoff ended when the house burned to the ground. Both exes are physically ok. Mentally?

Makes you wonder about people, doesn't it? And I don't live in a bad part of the town. In fact it's a pretty nice area this happened in.

Thanks but I got a call today that the guy I was supposed to be interviewing with is "stuck out of town" so after all the heartache over it, he has cancelled on me I guess when I get ahold of him I can propose the same time next week

today was very cool and the humidity dropped but the building of my one camp still has no AC and Ben (my brother who is the main teacher of the camp) found out is may be a couple weeks (likely a warranty issue which means waiting for their technicians). So this morning while the campers were busy, we scoped out a few possible rooms I found were available and found one that would work. At the end of the day, Ben had the campers carry all their groups materials over to the other building then we hauled the rest (several 4x8 foot competition tables). It only took about 1 hour for the camp staff to have everything hooked back up, not too bad!

Yes, I too have been working like a fiend! The AC issue (thankfully something out of my control) is the only major thing that has gone wrong.
