In late August, after having missed the Southwest $75 RT from Hartford to Orlando specials, we booked $121 RT (non-stop) on the same route through Southwest (travelling late Nov - early Dec). Lo and behold we checked this same route a week later and were able to get the same flights for only $97 RT. I called Southwest, expecting to get vouchers for the difference, but to my surprise was told to book the internet travel again and they would REFUND the first tickets (savings 5X$24 = $120), woohoo!!!!
