No Via Naploi, Back Up?

Can't seem to find a Via Napoli ADR for our weekend trip in december, looking for good food, but with that "woah it feels like we're in...." factor. What would your back up be, in case no reservations pop up?

traveling w/ teens, sort of picky, but not too bad.

Biergarten gives you something of a "woah it feels like we're in Germany" feel with the oompah band, etc. It's a buffet, so a different feel from Via Napoli, but we enjoy it. Plenty on the buffet to satisfy everybody, even if a little picky. If you are set on Via Napoli (and I wouldn't blame you), then whatever alternative you choose, keep checking on VN between now and December, and there's a pretty decent chance you'll find something open up. Seems like we're always changing our mind on at least one ADR and, for better or worse, there are lots of folks out there who make multiple ADRs for the same day and then cancel at the last minute once they know what they are really going to want as the time gets closer.

This is a long shot, but you can call Via Napoli directly, as they are not actually owned by Disney. 407-939-3463. That works for Yak & Yeti reservations in AK, but that's owned by Landry's, not Patina. But it might be worth a try.
