Well, we weren't going to book the Royal Pacific this summer because of the lack of APH rates. I understand why they don't have them, I just don't like it!
I booked 5 nights at HGVC instead, which was way cheaper and a resort we like anyway.
Well, I just can't see doing Universal without that FOTL pass and staying at one of our favorite resorts, so I broke down and booked two nights.
I don't know why I bothered resisting!
Two nights are costing me way too much money, but I did get a AAA rate and we will get three mornings early into WWOHP and FOTL, so it's all good. I'm used to 4 or 5 nights there, but I guess I'll survive.
We did cross it off our trip for next year, though. And we intend to cancel our AP's after our trip since there's no point in having them if we aren't going to get a discount. We live in L.A. and can't get out there more than once a year. Universal will have to be an every other year addition to our WDW trips.
At least that's what I'm thinking now, we'll see what happens when next year comes, LOL.
