I think that posting codes things is true. I did it because someone else had done it...you. You also always seems to beat me to the punch on every one of the buddy requests. Do you have a bell that alerts you when someone has posted one? You told me in a pm how many that you have acquired and yet I have yet to acquire one after a solid week of trying. So, please, head your own advice and let's share! I want you to know that I am saying all of this with a smile on my face.....really!

I do think it is much more fair to do it the way it was in the beginning, even if I am not fast enough to repsond to the request....I guess that I will just sit like a vulture and wait...

And, what did I miss with the moderator errasing some codes? Or, did the poster do that?

I have lost 5 pounds!!!! Yippeeee

I don't think any of us should have to "wait" for somebody else to come online and respond to a request, simply because we already had some used (and very few of the ones I've had used came from this site!). It's also not fair to the person who is waiting code to have to wait longer if there's a person online who has one to give right then and there. It's not like I'm online all day...I just seem to get lucky with finding requests that haven't been answered. I'm going to continue to respond to any requests that I happen to stumble upon, simply so that the person making the requests gets a code ASAP; however, you should absolutely feel free to stalk the boards and beat me to them all.

the question still remains.......how are you able to get ahold of so many coupon codes at one time.....I thought you have to refer someone thru email????? oh well, I guess i'll just call nutrisystem myself and find out the answer as I am more than curious now anyhoo......

NutriSystem clients have the ability to send $30 Buddy coupons to friends via e-mail to encourage them to sign up to do NS. The clients makes the request from NS to sent the coupon to a friends e-mail. After the request is made it takes several hours for the coupon to be delivered to the friend. I imagine some clients send coupons to themselves and post the codes here for others to use. Some spam blockers automatically dump the coupons because it says it is from "a friend". If that happens you may need to look in your trashcan or whatever. If the friend does indeed sign up for NS the client that send the coupon also gets $30 off a NS food shipment. That is why so many are very willing to send out Buddy Coupons.

It's good that both get to save money on their NS food. I just wish their was a fair way for all NS clients to have the opportunity to share coupons here.

NS clients, correct me if I have any facts wrong.

I just think this is a great eating diversion!!!! Atleast I am sitting at the computer not eating while I try to save a buck!!!

I just giggle at myself as I sit and check the site a million times a day to see if someone has requested a buddy coupon. I want to help others out as I was helped out! I think it's a great thing, I really do. I don't want anyone to change anything. Keep responding to those codes, eating healthier and losing weight...that's what matters!

Here are some more food reviews. I haven't posted any in several days...

Chicken Pasta Parmesan - Very good...sauce was surprisingly good for something pre-packaged. Serving size was average.

Vegetable Lasagna - Excellent! Very tasty and good serving size.

Microwave Apple Cake - Very good...equally as good as the chocolate one. Serving size is excellent!

Cheesy Potatoes with Broccoli - Surprisingly good, considering I generally hate "fake" powder potatoes. Very filling. I'll actually order it again.

Chicken Stew with Barley - YUCK! I have two more of them, which I'll eat because it's a better option than paying to send them back, but they are not very good. It tastes about the same as eating Campbells Pork and Beans straight from the can.

Chocolate Covered Caramel Corn - Tastes GREAT and the serving size is much better than I expected it to be before I opened the bag. I will definitely order more of these.

All three pancake varieties - Very good. Not as good as "real" pancake batter, but definitely my favorite breakfast option under the plan. One packet of mix will make three very nice sized pancakes if you mix the batter a little on the thin side. If you mix a very thick batter, you'll get two big pancakes.

Trail Mix Lunch Bar - I didn't order this...it was part of my free shipment. Even if I wanted bars for lunch (which I don't), I wouldn't order this again. It tasted ok, but nothing to write home about.

Cheese Tortellini - Pretty good, but not as filling as some of the other foods. There were 6 big tortellini in my container, plus a lot of tomato chunks.

In a word = "Gross"! I ordered these as I thought they would taste sort of like egg-beaters or something to that affect, however the taste was horrid, the texture rubbery, and the smell, well just plain nauseating! I even tried waiting for them to cool down and added a little ketchup, and still they were unpalatable. Even my dog (1 1/2 y/o Shih-Tzu) turned her nose up to them (and BELIEVE me, she does not discriminate much with food).

So far my favorite NS breakfasts have been the cereals with added Simply Smart skim milk. The blueberry muffins were okay with a little margarine on them. I have yet to try the pancakes but will do so this w/e since they have had a good review here.

Oh, and count me in for a little Memorial Day cheating ala burgers on the grill and corn-on-the-cob. And while I am at it...watermelon for dessert.

Just wanted to say that if you add the water to the egg's, stir it & let it sit for a short time then put it in the frypan, tastes much better that way Doesn't taste the least bit rubbery

YES!! The hamburger! It's actually one of my favorites. It's weird to add the water, but it's just freeze-dried burger....doesn't taste at all preservative-y to me (like some things have). Put it on a whole wheat light bun or light english muffin, add a slice of tomato, pickles, a little ketchup and mustard and voila! I'll order more burgers next time.
