I'm not seeing the $50 link anymore on the nutrisystem site. Can I just call them? Is there a coupon code?

Are most of you picking your own stuff or doing the favorite things package?

I used the link that Chris posted in the very first post of this thread - it reads something like "save $50 and receive 1 free week of food" on the page when you click on it. I used that link and was still able to use the buddy coupon. Also I picked my own foods just to be on the "safer" side. Still, some foods arrived that I may not like as they were part of the "free week" that NS picks out for you.

I will be sending back my nutrisystem products. Some of the breakfast foods are ok - like the muffins and bars but almost everything else is non-edible to me. I gave it a week and I can't even gag it down. I am calling them today to return the product and just signed back up with LA Weight Loss this morning.

If you are a picky eater - you may not like the food. JMHO...

The key they said is if you are picky eater - if I were picky I may be in the same boat - however, I haven't thought any of the food was horrible thus far - pretty good in fact.

I just ordered the system yestersday and I was able to get the $50 off. Have you checked your total? Sometimes it automatically adds it to it for you. If not, maybe you need to go back and sign onto that link from the first post and then press (order) I had to play around with it to get my 2 week free of food coupon. Don't give up on that $50 yet. I am sure that it is there.

I got my NS yesterday and I have to say i am a bit nervous. Although I am not as picky as I used to be, I am still little picky. I will deal with something if it is edible to me and if I am hungry enough. I am excited about starting(will be in a couple days-if you can imagine why-food cravings and not so happy right now!!) and am anticipating the chocolate I have read about!-

When a member sends out a Buddy coupon, that member also gets a $30 coupon sent to him. Do those $30 coupons stack on the same order, or are they only available one per order?

If they don't stack (and you can only deduct $30 total from every order placed) then why do people care if others are sending out the referrals?

Not one of the dinners I liked. Lemon Chicken, Pizza, etc. The tortellini was edible but not to my liking. I find the chocolate dessert bars to chocolatey. Mac and cheese was ok but who wants to eat that everyday. The biscottis are way to dry and bland (LA Weightloss has a better one with the same cal/fat content). The pudding was just ok, little too chocolately
(and I love chocolate!) while the pancakes were edible but were a bit rubbery.

I am picky so that is probably why...Though my BFF jokingly told me that's how you lose the weight - by NOT eating the food - ROFL

Ok, now I understand. I didn't realize that they'd let you stack all the coupons. Now I understand how all the eBayers selling Nutrisystem items are getting their inventory. A while back I was trying to figure out their loophole because it didn't seem like they could be profiting much. Now I understand.

Yeah I don't get why people would be mad for sending a coupon to someone on their threads. Everyone wants to save a little money - I know this is a disney site, but at least everyone here is doing it right - when you see someone on the board who needs a coupon, send it out. And like someone said, if they use it great, if not ah well, what can you do?

Someone I know asked me how the food is and how you get feel satisfied eating that and I put it like this: It's not a home cooked meal or great restaurant meal, but what else to be expected - it's food in a box for petes sake. I am not a picky eater, so the food is good to me and I'm sure as I get further along in it there will be foods that I don't like but that is to be expected. I'll sacrifice some taste and whatnot to lose weight. I'd rather be healthy then continuing to put weight on - so I'll make the sacrifices now so that I feel healthy again and not let myself get back to where I am at now.

I hope for nothing but the best with everyone on this board and their weight loss endeavors!

How long is it taking for people to get their referral bonuses? I have sent out over 20 bonuses, and I know for SURE that four of them have been used (although I am sure it was more!) and I have only gotten one $30 coupon in my email. I am trying to be patient, but at the same time I can't do this for another month without the discounts, kwim?

Well I know that I did not (unless I accidently erased it) receive the first email from them with my first referral but got my others thus far (the last number of the code they send out just goes up in numerical order, or at least mine did, and the first I saw was 2 then I got 3 so I did the same code with 1 and it worked)

There may have been a bunch of people who were sending referrals to the same person that you did. I know when I asked for a referral I got several emails.
