I've noticed that some people are having problems receiving coupons so I contacted Nutrisystem to figure out what the problem is. The rep I talked to said that some coupons are taking 24-48 hours to be received while others are there almost immediately. Also said to make sure people check their spam / junk mail box.
I thought it might be useful too if I put what the email will look like. The coupon will come from the actual sender and the senders email address (Their name will be in ALL CAPS), the subject will say $30 From Your Friend.
I hope this helps some people out, but it may just be a snag in their system holding things up.
