I've noticed that some people are having problems receiving coupons so I contacted Nutrisystem to figure out what the problem is. The rep I talked to said that some coupons are taking 24-48 hours to be received while others are there almost immediately. Also said to make sure people check their spam / junk mail box.

I thought it might be useful too if I put what the email will look like. The coupon will come from the actual sender and the senders email address (Their name will be in ALL CAPS), the subject will say $30 From Your Friend.

I hope this helps some people out, but it may just be a snag in their system holding things up.

Good advice Matt. When I first saw my buddy email for the $30 savings from "a friend", I was 1-click away from deleting it as I thought it was just another junk mail. I am happy that I didn't.

Just an FYI from me to whomever is requesting coupons: to be sure I do not make an error when submitting someone's email address, I just cut-and-paste it directly to NS. I am hoping everyone gets the coupons in a timely fashion.

Absolutely! I submitted both email addresses on 5/15 at 4:45 EST. Give it at least a day to receive the coupons although some have received them in a few hours (myself included).

Thanks. I got both coupons. I decided to use one to order for myself. I'm not even slightly overweight (5'4", 106lbs.), but I maintain a HORRIBLE diet and my weight fluctuates between 103lbs. and 110lbs. regularly. I decided that if I would try this out in order to eat a more balanced and healthy diet. Breakfast and lunch should be easy for me to stick to...dinner will be more of a challenge, since I'll want to eat the "real" food that I cook for my kids and/or go out to eat. I'll also have to discipline myself to stay away from extra snacking. I figure even if I cheat, I'll be eating healthier overall and it's not like cheating will hurt me since I really don't have any weight to lose in the first place.

Oh yeah...I had to lie when I placed my order...they wouldn't even allow me to order it when I input my real height and weight, LOL.

I have a question which might have been answered in the thread, but I skimmed the posts and didn't see it. If I log into my account and view the order history, it only shows the 4 weeks of food that I chose. It does not show the One Free Week, nor does it even reference the free week anywhere. Is something wrong or are all of your accounts showing up this way?
