No smoking buildings at POP?

After others pointing out the issue of smokers on the walkways outside no smoking rooms, I wondered if there were any no smoking buildings? Do you think being in a building with no smoking would lessen the chance of this? I am extremely sensitive to smoke and once it gets in the room, I can smell it for a really long time. Thanks for your help everybody!

I thought Tyler said there were non-smoking buildings, but I'm not sure which ones.
