How many minutes post rez time are you considered a no show? How early and late can we arrive to lunch at BOG. Very excited to eat there and we only have a couple rez the whole trip. Just planning for worst case scenarios. TIA.

Unlike most restaurants, which recommend that you arrive 15 min before your ADR time, BOG recommends checking in closer to your time. This is mostly due to the massive numbers of people they have to deal with. There is no fixed time after your ADR time when you will be charged the no show fee, but I've seen 15 minutes often mentioned. I definitely would not recommend that you plan on being late.

This is going to rouse the rabble but on my last trip weremail late to pretty much every single ADR we had, with the exception of out Chef Mickey breakfast and our CRT dinner. We were an hour and a half late for BOG lunch due to a lost magic band. The CM at guest relations said they'll seat you as long as you show up during that meal's hours. So if you have a breakfast ressie but don't make it before lunch begins, they will charge you the no show fee. But if you make it before the next meal, you're good to go.

I've seen people post they were 15 minutes late and they received a charge. Obviously, they were able to get it removed later, but there doesn't seem to be a real solid time frame.

Last I had talked to restaurant managers in February, the no-show list runs overnight. So if someone showed up 15 minutes late, they were likely charged the no-show fee because someone didn't check them in correctly in the system. It's an easy charge reversal if they contact Disney when a mistake like that gets made.

The 15-minutes is the grace period that most CMs will tell guests that they give for reservations.

I get it's an easy charge reversal, but it's something that I'd be annoyed to deal with on vacation regardless.

Obviously the later they are the more chance of getting checked in wrong.

I see that as an easy fix. If a charge reversal would annoy you, don't be late and have it applied to begin with :)
