No Show Fee - Still Waived?

Hi.

I read during Ivan the no show restaurant fee was being waived. Is it still in effect?

I am asking since I arrive on Wednesday and still looking for some unicorns and wondering if people will just keep instead of canceling. I thougjt I would see a lot of drops this week and really havent.
