No rooms available 2/1-2/4 Whats going on?

I tried to book a room for the weekend of 2/1 -2/4 no availibility anywhere except for Saratoga Springs. Does anyone know what is happening that weekend?

Super Bowl is Feb3.

There are conventions going on, and a cheerleading competition. Also, Mardi Gras refugees will be in WDW at that time.

Also, it's very near the end of the value season rates. People trying to get one last trip in.

Passholder codes were issued for this time, this is one the reasons there are no rooms available. My daughters schools danceteam will be visiting at this time to preform at Tomorrowland. The reservations for All Star Movies got messed up some way and the whole team was moved to Port Orleans for the same price. The girls are happy since they have stayed at All Star many times. Usually this is a great time to visit. Short lines...
