No ROL in November??

So, my window for making dining reservations opened up today for our Nov trip. I called Disney dining to make a ROL dining package reservation, only to find out that ROL won't be shown AT ALL in Nov. Cast member told me it will stop in Sep?? SERIOUSLY??? Anyone know the reason for this? I know some things are seasonal, but I thought Disney was trying to make AK an all day park with permanent offerings in the evening. I guess I just assumed it would be the new permanent nighttime fixture, much like each of the other parks has a nighttime entertainment fixture. I'm so upset about it. I was really looking forward to seeing it and trying the Tiffins dining package to go with it. Any chance this will change??

I'm curious now about this too because I'm trying to plan our ADR for that night (also a Nov. trip) and don't want to waste time if we can hop over to another park or hotel for dinner.

Very likely that the CM's you talked to have no clue what their talking about and the calendar just hasn't been updated. I would fully expect RoL to continue. It's not a seasonal addition

Well, that is what I figured, but I just thought I'd ask to see if there is something I'm missing. I'll just keep checking on it for a schedule update, much like I'm doing for the Star Wars fireworks. Deep sigh. If only Disney would help us uber planners out by following through on schedules and advance planning in a system they created.

Assuming the park still closes at 7pm as is currently posted and they DO decide to do ROL, any idea what time the show will start with a 7pm park closing? I want to be able to plan myFP+ and my dining ressies accordingly so there is enough flexibility for a ROL addition.
