Where are the best places to eat with no ADR? Im thinking it might be hard to get reservations at this point for 12/25-12/31???

I would say any of the resort restaurants would be a little less crowded. If you get there when they open, you shouldn't have much of a wait. Anytime after that, you might have close to an hour wait at any of the places.

The park sit down restaurants will probably be packed and most likely not taking walk-up seating.

You might call and see what is available. People are calling in and cancelling some of their ADR's now.

Wow...you picked a really busy time to not have ADR's.
The only adivce I would give is to pick some restaurants....go to allearsnet.com....dining....menus to see what you would like. Call right away and try to get off time seatings like at 2-4pm or after 9pm. I am sure that the "normal" seatings are all booked up by now. If you can't get any reservations try showing up at the restaurants right at lunch or dinner opening to see if you can get in.
You can always do counter service (no ADR's accepted). One other idea is when you are at Epcot or the Disney Studios go over to the boardwalk area. There are a lot of restaurants over there and the area is quiet during the day. You can boat or walk over from the Studos and it is a short walk from the Epcot International Gateway which is near the United Kingdom.
If you like any places in the boardwalk area (Boardwalk, Beach Club, Yacht Club, Swan and Dolphin) try to get reservations before you go. Note that Beaches N Cream and ESPN Club do not take reservations. There is also a take out window at Spoodles with pizza.

That's good advice. Far better to make whatever ADRs you can now, rather than to go without any.

I agree with both of these suggestions. Definitely call to see what's available in case someone has just called to cancel. And the resort restaurants seem to fill up later than the park restaurants. A few seem to have openings when other restaurants are full - any of the Swan/Dolphin restaurants, Artist Point at WL, Narcoossee's or Citrico's at GF.

When you're in the parks, plan on eating counter service and try eating at off times (a late lunch/early dinner at 3, for example).

I just made an ADR for Biergarten for New Year's Eve at 10:55pm, so it can be done!

Also, if you are not able to get anything before you go, put the Disney dining # into your cel phone and try on the day of to get in, as they may have had cancellations during the day. We did this for Thanksgiving week and had some good luck (BUT we are only 2 adult and 1 child, larger groups may have more trouble). We also were able to "walk-in" to Sci-Fi for lunch at 1:30 on the Wed b4 Thanksgiving.

Also spend some time on allearsnet reviewing the counter service menus. It IS possible to eat well at WDW on counter service meals, but preplanning helps ALOT. The easiest place is almost always burgers and fries, but there is no reason to limit yourself to burgers and fries if you know where to look. Animal Kingdom and Epcot both have GREAT counter service options. MGM and MK are more challenging, but it can be done.

Call for ADRs now. You might need to target lunch, but you may be able to get some.

Epcot is hosting a New Year's Eve dinner in the World Showplace between UK and Canade (the old Millenium Village.) It's a buffet...from 3-10 I believe. It was just recently added. $45 for adults, not sure of price for kiddos but usually about half that if not less. It's supposed to be a 50th anniversary theme.
