no different accommodations with DAS unlike old programHas anyone been told there was no record of a DAS holders previous accommodations that were acquired in the parks?
Not sure what you mean by "record of previous accommodations" since the DAS isn't like the GAC with multiple options for accommodations? Isn't the DAS just an outside the queue return time? Are there more than one level of DAS?Has anyone been told there was no record of a DAS holders previous accommodations that were acquired in the parks?
I don’t think so, I just meant any digital record of previous accommodations given to guests. Not sure what you mean by "record of previous accommodations" since the DAS isn't like the GAC with multiple options for accommodations? DAS is for the ability to wait out of line, no other accommodations given nothing else to be recorded. think you are remembering the old GAC program where there other accommodationsI don’t think so, I just meant any digital record of previous accommodations given to guests.
There is only one accommodation that DAS does, and that is it allows you to get a return time for a ride and then come back and go through the LL line(old Fast Pass line). It does nothing else. If you need something other then that, you will have to speak to guest relations about it.I don’t think so, I just meant any digital record of previous accommodations given to guests.
DAS is valid for 60 days, after which time you need to re-register. You may do that in advance by video chat or wait and do it in-person at Guest Relations. We signed up with DAS for our son on our last visit to WDW (January), and everything worked great in the App. My question is, do we have to go back to guest services tomorrow when we're there next week, or will it still work / be linked to our account.
YesDid you mean no record that you had a DAS in the past?
Nope. That’s definitely odd. Did you create a new MDE account at any point? Strange for sure, but like others have said, it really doesn’t matter for getting a new DAS issued. I was treated like a new person requesting it for the first time after the new video registration option became possible, but they could still “see” that I’d had it in the past.Has anyone been told there was no record of a DAS holders previous accommodations that were acquired in the parks?
you will just need to re explain why you need a DAS then. It happens every now and then for me where I have to re explain to the CM why I need a das it is no big deal
