NO PS for CRT being made 9/9/04

I just got off the phone with a very nice CM that read me the official memo that since they are updating their system no PS for CRT will be made on 9/9 for Dec 8th. Dec 8th & 9th PS for CRT will ressume at 7 am on 9/10.
This is coming from the memo that all the CM's recieved today, however, in my experience with disney it never hurts to try because not all cm are on the same page.
Just sending a FYI in case no one answers the phone in the morning or there is very long hold times.

Was told the same thing today to try on Friday for 12/8 but am also calling tomorrow at 7 just in case.

talked to another cm today and offically there are no ps's tomorrow but he said to try anyway because like everyother company things dont always go like they should if it does go i guess youll get the explanation about the system upgrade
so it doesn't hurt to ask

Any update on this? I was going to call for PS's this afternoon, obviously not for Cindy's Are they taking any PS's today? TIA

When I rang the message said they should be able to take PS later in the day (but gave no indication of a time). It's really annoying as I'm calling from UK & now dreading my phone bill!

I just tried and got thru, I am on hold though, but I do think they are taking other PS right now.

I finally got thru - and still no ps for CRT. I did ask the CM for any tips tomorrow a.m. when calling. She wasn't aware of the 800 #.
(That's the # I used today when I got thru to her.)

Do most people use the wdw dine # or the 800 #? Then the 1 and 1 thing- is that for both #'s?

I just held for 20 minutes on the 800#.

Got my PS for California Grill with no prob. Didn't ask about Cindy's, though.

Could someone post it or PM me the 800 number. I used to have one with the MK club and I have MS with DVC. I was just on hold for 38 minutes with no answer and finally just hung up
