No Photopass @ BB

We returned last week from a week at WDW. We purchased memory maker and had it last year as well. On our Blizzard Beach day (Sat. 9/3) there were absolutely no photopass ppl. at BB. Anyone have any idea why or if this is something that is common? A few days prior, we saw them at Typhoon Lagoon, but absolutely none at BB. We were a multi-family party with 5 adults looking for them and we never saw 1, so I'm 99% positive they just had none there that day. We never did stop to ask, because we just wanted to enjoy one of our last days, but now I'm kinda bummed that we don't have any pics from that day. If this is something that does happen time to time, I really think we'll reconsider using it, so just trying to find out if anyone else has ever had the same experience in a park or have any idea as to any reasoning?

We have never seen them during our September trips. I saw them once during a trip at a different time of the year. I remember my sister asking and they told her they only staff photopass at the waterparks during the busier months. I bet they stopped once the calendar hit September.

Yep, same thing when we were there in April one year.

The summer entertainment at BB (Frozen Games) ended on August 21 and the summer entertainment at TL (Lilo & Stitch) ended on Sept 5, perhaps the photopass ended on those corresponding days too? I don't know, just guessing.

We've been in August, September and December in the past and have had heaps of photo pass photos taken at BB and TL. We are going back a few years though.

And I have rarely seen a photopass person. I take a waterproof camera to make sure I have lots of pics.
