Hi everyone!
I just tried calling Disneyshopping.com to order some Christmas gifts and inquire about personalized wedding t-shirts and got some troubling news. After waiting 15 minutes on the phone, I was told by a sales rep. that Disney.com was not offering any personalized products (t-shirts, watches, etc.) until the new year. I just called to check on the wedding t-shirts and was hit with this! I told them there was no notification of new orders not being processed/allowed on the internet, but she said that was the way it is and to try back after the new year!
Has anyone heard this as well? Did I just get incorrect information?
Guess I should have put an order in before!
