No paper confirmation from DLH

I booked DHL a few weeks ago, and have yet to receive a confirmation. At first, I booked thru the website, and then I called to make a change on the ressie. There were some inconsistancies with the price, so I asked for a confirmation letter, which I was used to getting from WDW. She said they would send an email confirmation. Well, I never got one. I've called back several times, and each time they said they would send something. I've made them check the accuracy of my email addy, and they have it down correctly.

I'm going to call again, but I'm really disappointed. I have 4 nights booked at DHL May 26th to 30, concierge pool-view, for $1909, including tax and resort fees. I want to get that in writing, because whenever I called, they had a different higher amount and then when I questioned, it was an "oh yes, you're right" kind of thing. I don't like it.

So my question is, have any of you not received confirmation letters?

check your junk mail pile. most likely it is in there somewhere. Do search.

I never said there but from hotel experiance, all you need is the confirmation code.

I booked GCH for October - booked it in February and received a confirmation letter in the mail about a week later. It was a single sheet of paper on Disney letterhead, that also included some DVC ads, Disney Visa ad and some other junk.

Call and have them fax it to you. We had to have them fax our confirmation twice, since we didn't get the first one.

yeah I too have gotten confirmation letter from DLH and GC so Im not sure why you havent gotten it but you should

Thank you! Duh, I never thought to look there, but there were two copies there. Sorry I was mad at DHL for nothing!

I always get one in the mail, never in my e-mail!! It's an actual paper which I like to have in hand!
