Our newest computer, an HP Elite, did not com with any disks. I'm sure I need to make a disk to back up the operating system, etc.

How?

Thanks,

Penny

Lately they save oney by having you burn your own operating system DVDs. (DVDs are reccomended or you will be burning about 16 CDs)

so look for a routine that will do that for you. If it is nto easy to find then ask HP where you initiate that sequence. If I remember correctly, they also only gave you one chance to burn them.

I was able to order a set of discs for my old HP right from the HP site. It was about $15 including shipping.

hope that helps,

Thanks so much! I will look on the HP site and see if I can order a set. I'd much rather do that then try and make my own.

Discs, huh? I wasn't sure if it was disks or discs. It is a bad thing to be spelling impaired.

Thanks again,

Penny
